Save Bugoma Forest, Joint Enforcement and Advocacy Campaign

Through 2025 the Task Force spearheaded joint enforcement and advocacy for Bugoma Central Forest Reserve, culminating in multi-stakeholder resolutions to halt encroachment and illegal conversion.

OutcomeMulti-stakeholder resolutions adopted in June 2025 committing agencies to sustained protection of Bugoma CFR; enforcement patrols intensified.
